Kevin Burkett, Randy Packer and Chuck Blalock founded The Summitt Group in 1999, and serve as owners and member managers. The Summitt Group supports customer process optimization efforts through utilization of leading edge technology and applications expertise. With over 20 years of industry experience for each founding member, their industry contacts and relationships are vast and valued.

Kevin Burkett is a graduate of
Western Michigan University
where he earned a Bachelor of
Science degree in Pulp and Paper
Engineering. He is an active
member of the Paper Industry
Management Association (PIMA)
and the Technical Association of the Pulp and
Paper Industry (TAPPI). Before establishing The
Summitt Group, Burkett was a district
manager for Beloit MillPro Services. Kevin and his family reside in Dacula, Ga.
Kevin covers the GA/TN/FL/AL areas for The Summitt Group.

Randy Packer is a graduate of
North Carolina State University,
where he earned a Bachelor of
Science degree in Textile
Engineering and Management. He
was employed previously with
Beloit MillPro Services as a
district manager and corporate account
manager. Randy is a 24 year veteran of the
pulp and paper industry. He and his family reside in Charlotte, N.C.He enjoys golf and coaches many sports for his 2 boys.
Randy covers accounts in NC/SC, and the coastal GA and Fla. areas.

Chuck Blalock is a graduate of
East Carolina University, where
he earned a Bachelor of Science
degree in Industrial Engineering
with a specialization in
manufacturing process. A 24
year veteran of the pulp and
paper industry, Chuck and his family reside in Raleigh, N.C.
Prior to joining The Summitt Group, he was an account manager
with Beloit Mill Pro Services. Chuck covers accounts in NC/SC and Va.
An avid hunter and envirometalist, Chuck is involved in Duck's Unlimited, and Safari Club International.
